seven annotated Bibs.

Oppenhiem,Charles."Some Copyright Sites and Bulletin Boards on the Internet." ariadne.ac.uk.Ariadne/Original Authors. 22 Feb 2010.

Oppenhiem discusses sites that inform you of internet sites that discuss and explain copyright in regards to the Internet. What he explains which is ironic is that because copyright laws within the internet are very unofficial, he came up with a way to provide information that was copyright sound. He provides several internet sites that discuss different aspects of copyright law. This will help in my paper because it will be one source with alot of outlets.

Templeton,Brad."10 Big Myths about copyright explained." templetons.com.22 Feb 2010.
Brad Templeton explains 10 Myths about Copyright

Templeton discusses ten myths about copyright. He wrote this article because copyright law, especially in regards to internet are very unofficial and vague that people are coming up with their own versions of laws. Templeton sets out to explain the ten big myths that people assume about copyright. For instance, just because somthing isn't marked as copyright doesn't mean its free to use without any consequences. It is just so internal and behind the scenes that it is still legally binding even if it isn't physically posted. This will help my paper by giving me the offical explanations and also what people think copyright laws are.

Shestokas,David."Copyright Infringement of Internet Articles." law.suite101.com. 8th Feb 2010.

Mullin, Joe."Word, Office 2007 Yanked as Patent Injunction Takes Effect." law.com. 12Jan2010.ALM Media Properties,LLC,Web.20 Jan 2010.

Mullin discusses a specific situation of patent law. He discusses and explains even a program as popular as "Word", still must follow the law. "Word" was delayed in its deadline due to their infringment on patent law. This will help me in my paper because it will give me specific ideas and views of how patent law works in technology.

Samuelson,Pamela."The copyright Grab." Wired.com. Wired Digital Inc. 25 Feb 2010

Samuelson runs a server providing a vast amount of copyright law information from individual questions, to court cases, to general laws.

Hilderbrand, Lucas." YouTube: "Where Cultural Memory and Copyright Converge." jstor.org. 25 Feb 2010

Hilderbrand discusses the common argument of what is considered copyright, and what is considered your own thoughts or ideas, and how can that be measured. Which is my main question of my paper.

Sprigman, Christopher." Reform(aliz)ing Copyright." jstor.org. 25 Feb 2010

Sprigman discusses the need to reform copyright law to include more technology. This source will be the most beneficial to me because it talks directly about the problems of current copyright law, and the ideas and recommendations to reform copyright law.
